Winter has been brutal in India these last few years. It has caught many of its citizens off-guard, especially people who live on the streets.
Hands 4 Zero Poverty—along with loving volunteers—walked through the night to find and provide people with blankets and food. The H4ZP team distributed 100 blankets and 150 sandwiches.
Yet, another medical camp we completed thinking, we were—simply—at the right place, at the right time.
It was at this community where we discovered Ali Khan, a three-and-a-half-year-old boy who sustained major skin burns which went untreated for days. We were lucky to be there at the right time to help.
H4ZP had the privilege of providing the means to welcome a child back to school after one year of absence.
Due to financial challenges, Sneha’s family had no choice but to pull her out of school. We can now say—Sneha is now back in school, where she belongs!
Fundraising Happy Hour Event! Great time to bring people together to help.
Hands 4 Zero Poverty hosted a fundraising at the Garage in Seattle. Donations collected during the event helped support seven projects. Projects included the provision of free medical care, food, scholarships, and education support.
