Hello Summer,
It is 2:26 AM in Delhi Friday morning. I am about an hour from boarding an airplane back to Seattle. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all the support you provided to us. You were very instrumental to the success we have achived in the last few weeks, and we all thank you for that.
We completed the medical camp you supported yesterday, it went really well; better than we expected. Two hundred and sixty-five people came seeking for medical assistance. We beat the attedance from our last medical camp. We were very excited for that; that was our goal. It was a long day but, a day we all enjoyed because we made a big difference to the community. A difference thanks to you. While doing the medical, we discovered a small school in the slums; we took photos to show you (see below).
I hope to continue working on our partnership to open a school in the slums. As we mentioned during our meeting, opening a school has always been our goal. Let us know if you have any questions.
